Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage.
- Work with the data engineering team to ensure data integration and quality.
- Optimizing ETL pipeline performance to improve process efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data flow and performance issues.
- Document development processes and provide technical support to colleagues.
- Contribute to the planning and continuous improvement of data management processes.
Requisites
- At least 3 years of experience in ETL development with IBM DataStage.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL language.
- Experience in handling large volumes of data and solving complex data integration problems.
- Experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with other ETL technologies (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Shell scripting).
