Once the data are organised and cleaned, they are ready for the ‘proper’ analysis phase. This step is carried out in very different ways depending on the objective of the analysis, the methodology adopted and the techniques chosen.
Data Collection.
After the analysis phase, the actual collection of data necessary to achieve the objectives begins: behaviours to be assessed, aspects to be investigated, (…). Collection takes place from a variety of sources (DB, ERP, sensors, website feeds,…) containing both structured and unstructured information.
The data are then organised and cleaned appropriately.
